TERMS OF HOTEL ROOM AND OTHER HOTEL SERVICES RESERVATION FOR INDIVIDUAL, CORPORATE, AND GROUP CLIENTS AT HOTEL KUKUBARA
This document regulates the rules for making reservations, staying at the hotel, canceling reservations, payment for reservations, and the validity of reservations.
I. METHOD OF MAKING A RESERVATION
Reservations can be made by:
- completing and signing the reservation form on the website and sending it to the Hotel electronically;
- sending a stay request electronically (email);
- making a reservation by phone;
- personal, written confirmation of the reservation at the Hotel Reception;
- personally renting a hotel room directly at the Hotel Reception (so-called street reservation).
After making a reservation according to the procedure described in points a) to e) above, the Hotel will send an authorization document/reservation confirmation to the address you provided, or to your email address, which we will ask you to sign and return next. The signed authorization document may authorize the Hotel to charge the agreed deposit amount from your credit card.
A necessary condition for making a legally binding hotel reservation is that the guest booking the stay pays a deposit of 40% of the total value of the reserved stay. The deposit mentioned above should be paid to the Hotel in the form of a bank transfer, cash, or by charging the credit card with the guest's consent. The deposit must be paid by the deadline specified in the authorization document sent to you.
The date of the prepayment is considered the date of crediting the bank account of Hotel Kukubara:

The reservation will not be successfully made if the deposit is not paid by the specified deadline above or if there are insufficient funds on the credit card.
In the case of a personal, written hotel stay reservation, confirmation of the reservation occurs through a cash payment of 40% of the deposit at the Reception desk or by credit card payment.
In the case of personally renting a hotel room directly at the hotel Reception (so-called street reservation), the guest is required to pay for the stay in advance in cash or by credit card. In this case, the form of "deposit" does not apply.
II. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
It is possible to cancel a reservation, but only for valid reasons, justified and documented by the guest in writing.
Conditions for canceling a reservation:
- In the event of cancellation of the reserved stay, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of: 100% of the value of the reserved stay if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the planned arrival or if there is a no-show without canceling the reservation.
- The difference between the payment made for the reservation and the cancellation fee (if any) will be refunded to the client by bank transfer to the account indicated by them.
- The cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount of the deposit paid or from the amount of the stay paid, or charged to the credit card.
III. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The hotel day starts at 16:00.
The hotel day ends at 11:00.
The bill for the stay should be settled in advance or before the planned end of the stay, provided that the settlement period does not exceed 7 days.
